Initiates and supports Contracts, and/or Terms & Conditions (T&C's). Obtains customer Purchase Order.
Drafts and manages response times, sales quote, RFP writing and/or integration of RFQ (coordination for global & service led deals), sales docs, etc. Acts as an escalation point to resolve customer issues with any of these areas
Monitor opportunity quoting tool for open aged quotes - obtain status from Sales, update tool, data analysis, publish management reporting, etc.
Works closely and builds strong relationship with Sales, Leasing, Operations, and Product Managers to maximize sales execution and delivery.
Applies subject matter knowledge to solve sales/customer issues and recommends appropriate actions.
Provides pricing and/or responsiveness for transition services opportunities to customers.
Works to improve current processes and help identify system enhancements to improve accuracy and efficiency through own actions to ensure operational excellence.
Maintains high levels of customer satisfaction.
Adaptive to change management, flexibility, fulfilling time sensitive assignments, are required.
Works independently and representing the business both with internal and external business components.
Provides reports for Sales/Order Management within tools such as: CRC, Siebel, BOSS reporting, Access, Excel, etc.
